About Us

Birchmount Bluffs Neighbourhood Centre (BBNC) is a charitable, multi-service neighbourhood centre that offers a broad range of recreational, social and capacity-building programs to the southwest Scarborough community.

We believe that the full inclusion of persons of different abilities and backgrounds enhances the quality of life for all, and invite our community to partner with us in building a more equitable, caring neighbourhood.
